REBECCA HELD

Rebecca Held, 76, a resident of the Beth Sholom Home, died June 13, 1997.

Miss Held was a resident of Culver City, Calif., for many years. She was a member of the Women's Flying Club, the Ninety-Niners, when Amelia Earhart was president. She also sang with the Los Angeles City Choir. She had a B.S. degree from the University of Minnesota and was employed at the V.A. Hospital in Los Angeles as a medical technician.

Survivors include her sister, Frances Shoenfeld of Norfolk, and many nieces and nephews.

A private service will be conducted at a later date. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
