Wilhelmina Jenkins, 87, of the 1800 block of Azalea Ave., died June 12, 1997, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
A native of Walhalla, S.C., she fellowshipped with Emanuel A.M.E. Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Laverne Moore of New Haven, Conn.; two sons, Howard Jenkins Sr. of Portsmouth and Tony Jenkins of Charlotte, N.C.; sister, Ala Hester of Detroit; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral and burial will be in South Carolina. The body will be shipped from Fisher Funeral Home to Brown and Adams Funeral Home, Seneca, S.C. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
