Bryan Edward Dugan, 19, of the 600 block of Chancery Square, died June 15, 1997, in Virginia Beach General Hospital. Mr. Dugan was a native of Norfolk. He was a loving member of a large extended family who will miss him deeply.
Survivors include his mother, Angela Garcia-Mozer, and her husband, Scott; his father, Jesse E. Dugan III, and his wife, Sharon; a sister, Brittany Williams; three brothers, Jason Dugan, Brandon Dugan and Justin Dugan; his grandparents, Eddie and Sandy Garcia, Marjorie and John Rhoads, Jesse and Katherine Dugan; great-grandparents, Jean and Frank Graves; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 19, 1997, at Star of the Sea Church, 1404 Pacific Ave., Virginia Beach, by Father James E. Dorson. A Christian Wake service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 1997, at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to Operation Smile, 717 Boush St., Norfolk, Va. 23510. The family will be at 401 Atlantic Ave., Virginia Beach. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
