Leonard Wilson Chapman Jr., 70, of the first block of Fairway Drive, died June 18, 1997, in Suffolk.
A native of Portsmouth, he was a retired store manager for Sears, Roebuck and Co. and a member of Elizabeth Manor Golf and Country Club. He was a Methodist.
Survivors include his wife, Billie D. Chapman; three brothers, Frank C. Chapman of Orlando, Fla., John E. Chapman of Portsmouth and Donald E. Chapman of Miami.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Allen Dooley. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
