Chris Holland has been installed as the 45th president of the Elizabeth City Area Chamber of Commerce.
Holland, a Jaycee for three years, has held both the individual vice president and management vice president positions over the past two years.
The other Jaycee officers installed: Hal Chappell, Frank Kohler, William Johnson and Connie Albertson, vice presidents; Denise Jones, state director; Ed Bailey, treasurer; Bill Jones, secretary; Rick Durren and Eddie Stuart, directors.
