North Georgia College student April DeVenny, on the ladder, paints

the outside of the Oasis Ministries building at 1020 High St.

recently. DeVenny was one member of a group of students from

Gainesville, Ga., who helped out at the ministry. ``We should use

what we have to help those who need it,'' DeVenny said.
