CITY MANAGER'S REPORT

Adoption of an ordinance to appropriate $4,839,015 from the Public Utilities Capital Improvements Fund for the expansion of the system to serve Chesapeake. Approved, 7-0

Adoption of an ordinance appropriating $1.5 million from the Capital Improvements Fund and authorizing the City Manager to sign an agreement between the City and the Virginia Department of Transportation for the painting of two eastbound lanes and a portion of the westbound lanes of the Churchland Bridge. Approved, 7-0

Adoption of an ordinance to amend Chapter 24 of the City Code by amending Sections 24-75 (e), (f) and (g) pertaining to carrying a concealed weapons permit. Approved, 7-0<
