ESTELLE L. KIPPER

Estelle L. Kipper, 82, died June 26, 1997, in a local hospital.

A retiree from C&P Telephone Co. with 34 years of service, she was a Wilson County, N.C., native and the widow of Maurice Gordon Kipper. She was a member of Kempsville Baptist Church and Telephone Pioneers of America, Veterans of Foreign Wars Women's Auxiliary No. 3219, ABWA, CWA and a very active volunteer with the American Red Cross.

Survivors include her brother, Robert Langley of Wilson, N.C.; two nieces, Patricia Petway of Hampton, and Cheryl Roane of Wicomico, Va.; two nephews, R. Ennis Langley of Wilson, N.C., and Charles Langley of Taylor, Pa.; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, by Dr. Kelly J. Burris. Burial, in Hampton National Cemetery, will be private.
