Larry D. ``Fatman'' Lamb, 42, of the 800 block of Springflower Road, died June 29, 1997.
Born in Norfolk, he was a member of Columbia Christian Fellowship, Columbia, and had been employed by the G.E. Plant in Columbia. He was a football star at Norview High School from 1972 to 1973.
Survivors include his wife, Hallieque J. Lamb; two sons, Jarvis and Justin Lamb of Columbia; mother, Ruth Sawyer, and stepfather, Vernon Sawyer; two sisters, Arlethia Lamb Sharpe, all of Norfolk; three brothers, Charles, Lloyd and Jerome Lamb, all of Norfolk; and nephews and nieces.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Columbia. Palmer Funeral Home, Columbia, is in charge. E.A. Hughes Funeral Home provided information. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
