William K. ``Scott'' Hoffman Sr., 67, of the 900 block of S. Oriole Circle died July 1, 1997, at Virginia Beach General Hospital.
He was a retired self-employed painter.
He is survived a son and a host of family and friends.
A memorial service will conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Bayview Baptist Church, 707 Bayview Blvd., by Dr. Hennie Decker. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2730 Ellsmere Ave., Norfolk, Va. 23513. Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach, is handling arrangements.
