Margueritte Edenton Perry, 79, of the 9300 block of Marlow Ave., died July 13, 1997, in her residence.
Born in Richmond, she was a past member and Sunday School teacher at Miles Memorial United Methodist Church. She was a volunteer at DePaul Hospital.
Survivors include her spouse, Haywood N. Perry; a son, Richard H. Perry and his wife, Patricia of Newport News; five grandchildren, Nancy Brill and her husband, George of Aurora, Ill., Corinna Bosland and her husband, Glenn of Zelienople, Pa., Elisa Lynch and her husband, Craig of Greenville, N.C., Michele Perry of Newport News, and Christopher Perry of Newport News; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Morris Bennett. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Christian Outreach Program of Miles Memorial United Methodist Church. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
