Nick at Night - The Key West Lounge at the Holiday Inn-Chesapeake, 725 Woodlake Drive, will be showcasing the vocal and instrumental talents of one-man-band Nick Caffacus.

He'll be presenting music from the '50s to the '90s at the hotel every week from 7 until 10 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 8 until 11 p.m. every Friday and Saturday.

Caffacus is a 10 year veteran of live performance and touring.

He's played with the Rhondels, the Boxtops, Dezire, Klee 2 and many others. He's been performing solo since 1991 and has played all over Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland. In addition, Caffacus has been the chief entertainer onboard the Richmond riverboat, the Annabel Lee.

It's in the cards - Chesapeake Square Mall, 4200 Portsmouth Blvd., in Western Branch will present a sports card, comic book and racing show throughout the mall today, Saturday and Sunday .

The free show will feature comic books, comic collectibles, sports cards, sports collectibles, trading cards, game cards, racing memorabilia, science-fiction collectibles, action figures, posters and more.

The show will be held during the mall's business hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from noon until 6 p.m. Sunday.

No Winds in Western Branch - Tonight's Tidewater Winds concert takes place at 7:30 p.m. at Willett Hall in Portsmouth.

Western Branch Winds fans will have to drive a few more miles to Willett Hall in order the catch the Winds' offering of ``The Music of Broadway,'' which will include the music of Artie Shaw, Leroy Anderson, Lerner & Lowe, Hoagy Charmichael and Offenbach, along with music from ``West Side Story,'' ``Fiddler On the Roof'' and ``Camelot.''

In addition, tonight's concert will feature clarinet soloist Trish Fritz performing Shaw's ``Concerto for Clarinet'' and Joe Sutherly will appear as ``March King'' John Philip Sousa in a performance of the ``Washington Post March.'' Phillip Holland, a member of the Air Combat Command Heritage of America Band will be the coronet soloist in ``Fantasie, Theme & Variations on the Carnival of Venice,'' by Arban.

For Monday the Winds return to Chesapeake for a 7:30 p.m. concert at Great Bridge High School, 301 W. Hanbury Road.

Don't miss this performance, it's entitled ``Concert Favorites,'' and will feature the music most requested and loved by the Winds' many fans. Conductor and band director Sidney Berg said the program will contain lots of marches, spirited pops and more memorable Broadway tunes.

A beachy time at the mall - As part of Greenbrier Mall's Summer Beach Blast, the band Permanent Wave will perform from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday.

The mall will offer the latest summer fashions and a free beach towel to mall shoppers who spend $100 or more on any Tuesday in July.

Casting call - The Little Theatre of Norfolk will hold auditions for the South Hampton Roads premier of the new Neil Simon comedy, ``London Suite.''

The try-outs will be at 7 p.m. each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening in the theater's Green Room, 801 Claremont Ave., Norfolk.

Needed in the cast are three women, ages 25 to 50, and three men, ages 40 to 50.
