LEWIS M. SKINNER

Lewis M. ``Mark'' Skinner, 65, of the 1100 block of Midland Street died July 17, 1997, in his home.

A retiree from Tarmac Cement Co. with 28 years of service, he was a native of Windsor, N.C., and a member of Second Calvary Baptist Church, Norfolk.

He was predeceased by his parents, Fannie Wilson Skinner and Mills S. Skinner Sr.

Survivors include four sisters, Jannette Askew of Norfolk, Fannie Brown and Ethel Horton, both of Maryland, Barbara Partee of Washington, D.C.; four brothers, Joseph Skinner of Norfolk, John Skinner and William Skinner, both of Portsmouth, and Mills Skinner of Philadelphia; and a host of other nieces, nephews and godchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Second Calvary Baptist Church, Norfolk, by Dr. Geoffrey Gunn. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at 1109 Midland St. Monday at 10 a.m. for the funeral procession. A wake will be held Sunday from 6 to 7 p.m. in Hale Funeral Home Chapel. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
