THOMAS W. BARNES JR.

Thomas W. ``Poochie'' Barnes Jr., 24, of the 600 block of Connecticut Ave., died July 18, 1997.

He was a Norfolk native and a clothier for Madd Flava. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include a daughter, Deontra Doman; a son, Dyquion Doman of Norfolk; his mother, Veola Barnes; two sisters, Lakesha Barnes and Kathy Parker, all of Norfolk; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Thomas W. Barnes Sr.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Tabernacle of Prayer for All People, 5104 Colley Ave., Norfolk, by Pastor M.M. Terry. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at 639 Connecticut Ave., Norfolk, at 10 a.m. Tuesday for the procession to the church. Metropolitan Funeral Service is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
