RACHEL K. RICKS

Mrs. Rachel L. King Ricks was called to rest Sunday, July 20, 1997.

A native of Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Erving and Rachel King. A 1966 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School, she was employed as a supervisor in Virginia Beach in the hotel and motel industry.

She was formerly married to Charlie Ricks and is survived by a daughter, Charloyna M. Ricks; three sons, Cecil Ricks, Charles Ricks, Marcus Ricks; a sister, Devenna Puckett; and a host of other loved ones and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Bethany Baptist Church by the Rev. Jake Manley. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Gardens. Riddick Funeral Service is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
