Nettie P. White passed away Aug. 1, 1997, at DePaul Hospital.
Mrs. White was born in Elizabeth City, N.C., daughter of the late Leroy and Sally Pigot. She was a member of the United Methodist Women's Group of Park Place United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Basie E. White Jr.; and numerous cousins.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery at 1 p.m. today with Dr. Charles H. Smith and Dr. Paul Lawson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Crippled and Burned Children's Hospital, Greenville, N.C. Altmeyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
