Alvin W. Frizzell, 74, went to be with his Heavenly Father and beloved wife Aug. 4, 1997.
Mr. Frizzell, a native of Norfolk, retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include daughters, Pat Edwards of Norfolk, Linda Foster and Sandra DeLozier, both of Virginia Beach; grandson, Stan Foster of Chandler, Ariz.; son-in-law, Ben DeLozier of Virginia Beach; brother, Walter Frizzell; and sister, Jean Gallond.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Dick Baker.
The family will receive friends in the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
