Deloris E. Hyman, 65, a native of Norfolk and of the 1700 block of Jubilee St., departed Aug. 6, 1997.
She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thorogood.
Her survivors include her husband, David Hyman Sr.; four daughters, Vernita Herod, Brenda Perry, Belinda Clark and Patricia McPherson; four sons, David Hyman Jr., Milton Hyman, Gary Hyman and Eric Hyman; a sister, Dorothy Thorogood; an aunt, Sophia Selby; two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law; 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She had four sons-in-law; three daughters-in-law; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in St. Paul Church of God in Christ by the Rev. Wilbert Daniels. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Friends may join the family at the residence. ILLUSTRATION: Photo KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
