EVERGREEN TERRY

Evergreen Terry, 103, of the 2700 block of Holly Point Road Blvd. died Aug. 6, 1997, in Chesapeake General Hospital.

A native of Wilmington, N.C., she was the widow of Samuel Terry and a member of Our Lady Queen of Angels Church, Newark, N.J., and a Watch Care member of Fullness of the Spirit Ministries, Chesapeake.

Survivors include daughter, Esther Friend of Chesapeake; two grandchildren, Annette Georges of Chesapeake and Sherry Holmes of Columbia, S.C.; eight great-grandchildren; and a grandson-in-law, the Rev. Alvin C. Georges of Chesapeake.

A funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Monday in Fitchett Funeral Home Chapel, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Alvin C. Georges. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
