Thomas Wesley ``Snuffy'' Smith, 67, died Aug. 6, 1997.
A retired boilerman for the government, he was a native of Sidney, Ill., and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Nellie Smith; sons, Clifford Bowden and James Bowden; sisters, Phyllis Butzow and Pat Farmer; and brother, Dale Smith.
