LEVY S. BILLUPS SR.

Levy S. Billups Sr. of the 300 block of S. Military Highway died Aug. 7, 1997. A member of Woodland Baptist Church, Norfolk, he is survived by his wife, Vivian V. Billups of Chesapeake; three daughters, Wanda Williams, Mary Williams, both of Chesapeake, and D'Lynn Howell of Norfolk; six sons, Levy S. Billups Jr., and Matthew Billups of California, Dennis Billups and Marty Billups, both of Norfolk, David Billups and Timothy Billups, both of Chesapeake; mother, Sue Billups of Virginia Beach; two sisters and three brothers; 31 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; an uncle, an aunt and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Woodland Baptist Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Serafio Fontanilla. Burial will be in Jones Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk, is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
