FLOY L. CREEKMORE

Mrs. Floy Linton ``Sug'' Creekmore, 72, of the 700 block of Holladay Lane, passed away Aug. 9, 1997, after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was a native of Norfolk County and a retired telephone operator with the U.S. government. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Virginia Beach.

She is survived by her husband, Charlie Creekmore Jr.; two daughters, Regina Petty of Norfolk and Nancy Stark of Virginia Beach; three sons, Joseph B. Circelli Jr. and his wife, Priscilla, of Virginia Beach, Robert A. Circelli and his wife, Gina, of Norfolk and Charlie Creekmore III of Virginia Beach; a sister, Bessie L. White of Chesapeake; a brother, Harry H. Linton of Chesapeake; six grandchildren, Benjamin Circelli and Jonathan Circelli of Virginia Beach, Jessica Circelli and Matthew Circelli and their mother, Cindy Edwards, all of Virginia Beach, and Travis Stark and Clayton Stark of Virginia Beach; a nephew, William L. Linton Jr. of Tyner, N.C.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with a Mass of the Resurrection following at 7 p.m. by Father Thomas Mattingly. Burial will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, is in charge of arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
