Police are looking for two suspects in connection with the slaying of a Hampton man who was found shot to death Friday morning.
Police were called to the 500 block of E. Chester St. at 6:15 a.m. after receiving a report of an injured man. They found Ryan Redding, 30, lying in the courtyard of the Ocean Air apartment complex. He died at the scene, police said.
Both suspects are black men. One was described as being in his late 20s, with dreadlocks or corn rows. He was described as about 6-foot-3 and thin with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and baggy blue jeans. He was armed with a handgun.
The second man was about 30, 6 feet and about 130 pounds. He had close-cut hair and a dark complexion. He was wearing a blue tank top with white lettering and dark shorts.
