Delbert T. Brickhouse Sr., 68, of the 1000 block of DeKalb Court, died Aug. 16, 1997.
A retired cab driver, Mr. Brickhouse attended Portsmouth First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
He is survived by his wife, Nelrose Brickhouse; two daughters; two sons; a foster sister; a foster brother; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Nelson F. Fields. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
