DENNIS L. ROWE

Dennis L. Rowe, 58, owner of Young Awning Co., died Aug. 17, 1997.

A lifelong resident of Hampton, he graduated from Newport News Shipyard Apprentice School in 1962 and was a member of Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church.

Mr. Rowe is survived by a daughter, Andrea Rowe Marade of Hampton; a son, Keith B. Rowe and his wife, Laura, of Chesapeake; his mother, Charlotte Horton Rowe of Hampton; a brother, Roger F. Rowe of Hampton; and two grandchildren, Joshua Rowe of Chesapeake and Autumn Marade of Hampton.

A funeral will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church by the Rev. Robert W. Sharp. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home and at other times in the home of Trevoe Alston, 50 Willow Road.
