PORTSMOUTH - Emma G. ``Snook'' Costen, 77, of the 900 block of Potomac Avenue, died Aug. 18, 1997, in Maryview Hospital.
The widow of John R. Costen and a member of Providence A.M.E. Zion Church, she is survived by her foster son, Sandrus Morgan, and two sisters, Mary Beamon and Margaret Boothe.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Providence A.M.E. Zion Church by the Rev. Alphonso Griffin. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
