The shadow of The Weather Channel blimp, top, crosses planes at

Norfolk International Airport on Tuesday as the aircraft prepares to

land. The blimp, in town on a promotional tour, is owned by

Norfolk-based Landmark Communications Inc., which also owns The

Virginian-Pilot. The ground crew, below, rushes to grab the mooring

lines.
