MYTELKA AND CARROLL JOIN LAW FIRM: Craig L. Mytelka and John F. Carroll IV have joined Clark & Stant. Mytelka, an adjunct professor of law at Regent University, received his law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond, in 1990. He leads the firm's intellectual property law practice group. Carroll received his law degree from T.C. Williams in 1995. He is a registered patent attorney and an associate professor at Tidewater Community College where he teaches intellectual property law.
TAF GROUP HIRES FARRIS AND LEWIS: The TAF Group, an architecture, engineering, surveying and design/build company, named Robert T. Farris vice president of business development. Also, Brian D. Lewis was appointed an engineer. He was previously employed by Smith, Demer & Normann in Hampton.

CSX NAMES FOGARTY AND GRASSI: CSX Corp., headquartered in Richmond, appointed Andrew B. Fogarty senior vice president-corporate services. Robert J. Grassi will succeed him as senior vice president-finance and planning at Sea-Land Service Inc., the container-shipping subsidiary. Grassi currently is Sea-Land's senior vice president-Atlantic, AME services. Fogarty will be responsible for strategic planning and human resources management, and for corporate administrative services.
PENINSULA
PEARMAN PROMOTED: Ron Pearman, previously the manager of Long & Foster's York/Hampton office, was named vice president/regional manager of Long & Foster's nine southern Virginia offices which includes the Williamsburg office.
