Katie Orender Leach, 66, passed away in her residence Aug. 25, 1997.

Katie was born in Kona, Ky. She was retired from Southland Inc. and was a volunteer for many years at Aragona Recreation Center.

She is survived by her loving husband, Irving J. Leach; five sons and a daughter, Bobby Leach and his wife, Joanne, Gary Leach and his wife, Barbara, Debbie Penny and her husband, Terry, Donald Leach and his wife, Donna, Steven Leach and his wife, Susan, and Jimmy Leach; and seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today in Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Rosewood Memorial Park.
