Arnold McGwyn Boyd, 57, died Saturday, Aug. 23, 1997.
A native of Portsmouth, he was preceded by his parents, Arnold and Bertha Boyd.
He is survived by a brother, Ulysses Boyd; two uncles, Obern Davis, of Springfield, N.C., the Rev. Jonathan Davis, of Newark, N.J.; four aunts, Mrs. Cornelia Lewis and Thelma Williams, of Washington, D.C., Mrs. Maggie Williams and Mrs. O'Lillian Hazel of Norfolk and her husband Julian; a nephew; three nieces; and many other relatives.
