Workers assemble the main stage, at Fifth Street, for this year's

American Music Festival in Virginia Beach. The festival begins

tonight with Lou Rawls at the 24th Street Park and continues through

Monday. Other acts will include Spin Doctors, KC and the Sunshine

Band, Taylor Dayne and Kansas. For details and a schedule, see
