Glenn Kilbourn Faison, 60, of 116 Holly Cove, died Sept. 1, 1997, in Sentara Norfolk General Hosptial.
Mr. Faison was a native of Sussex County and the son of the late George L. and Mary Barrett Faison. He was sales manager of Lee Tractor Co. in Courtland and was a member of the Franklin United Church Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Holland Faison; two daughters, Marsha F. Edwards and her husband, Kenny, of Suffolk, and Wanda F. Blythe and her husband, Andy, of Courtland; four sisters, Eunice Hatfield of Burdette, Pearl Pulley of Franklin, Rose Atkins of Virginia Beach and Evelyn Benton of Suffolk; three brothers, Samuel Faison of Henrico, N.C., Albert L. Faison of Franklin and James Faison of Emporia; four grandchildren, Elyse Lynn Edwards, Zachary Adam Edwards, Andrew Tyler Blythe and April Nichole Blythe. He was predeceased by two brothers, Dan Faison and Mills Faison Sr.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley. The family will receive friends at the residence and suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Mrs. Ruth Petty, 116 Southampton Road, Franklin, Va. 23851.
