Louise Albers Frost passed away on Aug. 31, 1997, after a brief illness.
She loved life, and she loved the people in her life unconditionally, without reservation. The loss of her strong character and wisdom will be felt by everyone who knew her. She was born in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 15, 1904, and mostly lived there until 1964, when she moved to Norfolk.
She is the widow of Vice Admiral Laurence H. Frost and is survived by her sister, Tincy Hamberger; her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Sarah Frost; her grandchildren, Sally Eames of New York City, Robert Frost of Raleigh, N.C. and Megan Tribble and Matthew Frost, both of Charlottesville.
A memorial service followed by a reception will be held at First Lutheran Church in Norfolk at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4, 1997. Interment will be at The U.S. Naval Academy Cemetery in Annapolis, Md., at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Lutheran Church. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
