Karen C. Small of the 100 block of W. 26th St., died Aug. 31, 1997. She was a Norfolk native.

Survivors include two daughters, Sharlene Small and Sherika Small, both of Norfolk; a son, Irvin Small of Norfolk; her parents, Naomi D. and Irvin Small of Norfolk; three sisters, Sharon Small Person, Sherrie Small and Sonja Small McIntosh, all of Norfolk; two brothers, James Small and Richard Small, both of Norfolk; four grandchildren; a special friend, Corrine ``Pookie'' Hinton; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in Riverside Cemetery. Graves Funeral Home is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
