VIRGINIA BEACH

WALDRON APPOINTED NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER: Kenneth R. Waldron was named national marketing manager at Stihl Inc. His responsibilities will be marketing strategies and implementation to the U.S. market. He was with the Arnold Agency in Richmond.

TWO APPOINTMENTS AT PRC: PRC Inc., a subsidiary of Litton Industries, promoted Richard E. Pearsall to executive director of the Virginia Beach Operations Center, which provides broad-based support to the Navy and other federal and state agencies. Pearsall, a retired Navy captain, has served as a program manager and department manager since joining the company in 1991. Robert S. Bell was promoted to department manager. He will be responsible for operational testing, training and tactical development support to the Navy and other services. Bell, also a retired Navy captain, joined PRC in 1990 and served as a program manager.
