Brant Murray, left, and Bob Muller hang a Rick Tupper art piece at

the new Nags Head Town Hall Wednesday. The piece is one of nine

local artworks on scenes of Eastern North Carolina that will be

displayed in the town hall. The Nags Head Town Artworks Selection

Committee is in charge of the project. Also present are, from left,

George Farah, Doll Gray, Mayor Renee Cahoon and Doug Remaley.
