Edward Cecil ``Ned'' Barcroft, 89, departed this Earth Sept. 2, 1997.
Born in Norfolk, he had resided in Virginia Beach since 1912 and retired as a self-employed dairyman and carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Harriett Mae Barcroft; two sons, Robert W. Barcroft and his wife, Deloris of Virginia Beach, Cecil J. Barcroft and his wife, Sandy of Chesapeake; granddaughter and husband, Stacey and Michael Brady of Chesapeake; three step-grandchildren, Robert Brown, Teresa Pooles and Lorrie Reid, all of Virginia Beach; and 11 stepgreat-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Richard Yates. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today and at the residence at all other times KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
