JAMES M. CULLITON

James ``Jimmy'' Milton Culliton III, 19, of the 200 block of Military Road, died Sept. 4, 1997.

He was a native of Suffolk, a member of Oakland Christian Church, a Life Scout of Troop 5, and a 1997 graduate of Lakeland High School. Jimmy was employed by Cosmos.

Survivors include his parents, Linda Rawls and James Milton Culliton Jr.; a sister, Leslie Rawls Culliton of Alexandria; his maternal grandmother, Berniece Rawls of Suffolk; two uncles, L. H. Rawls III of Suffolk and E. Morgan Culliton of Denver, Colo.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Oakland Christian Church by the Rev. Mark Burns. The family will receive friends in his home, 206 Military Road, from 7 to 9 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Boy Scouts of America, 1248 Holland Road, Suffolk, Va. 23434 or the Becky Godwin Scholarship, P.O. Box 2008, Suffolk, Va. 23432. R.W. Baker and Co.
