ALLEN F. CAMERON

Allen F. ``Babe'' Cameron died on Aug. 27, 1997, at his home.

He was a retired steamfitter and an Army veteran of World War II.

He was the father of Johnny Cameron of Fairfax, Audrey Breeden of Springfield, Virginia C. Matteo of Fredericksburg, Thomas Cameron of Luray, Sharon Medlock of Norfolk, and the late Allen Frederick and Harry Marshall Cameron. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two sisters, Maxine Mulvey of Landisville, Pa. and Ruth Eleanor Gross of Flint, Mich.; and two brothers, William Cameron of Wabash, Ind. and Maynard Cameron of Front Royal, Va.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, and from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at Bentonville Baptist Church to be followed by funeral services at 1 p.m. in the church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northern Virginia, 6400 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, Va. 22042. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
