Billy Elwood Sharp, of the 5600 block of Coliss Ave., died Sept. 4, 1997.
Mr. Sharp was a master plumber for 38 years and was well-known for his ability to fix anything. He was well-loved by his friends and family because of his kindness and generosity.
Mr. Sharp is survived by his wife, Kay; his son, David E. Sharp Sr. of Virginia Beach; his daughters, Kimberly Kifus, Nancy Sharp, and Natalie Smith, all of Chesapeake, Debbie Alvis of Blacksburg and Denise Adkins of Virginia Beach; his sisters, Charlotte Morris, Vicki Parr and Pansy Moyer, all of Charlottesville; and his grandchildren, David Sharp Jr., Shawn Sharp, Tyler Sharp, and Chase Kifus. He was preceded in death by his brother, Clarence Sharp and his sister, Frances Carroll.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Rosewood Memorial Park. Kellum Funeral Home is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
