Thomas Russell Morris, 76, died Sept. 5, 1997.
Mr. Morris was retired from the Forestry Service and was a World War II Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Hall Marris; a son, Sidney R. Morris of the home; two daughters, Rosalyn Mitchell of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., and Bonnie Hyde of Tarboro, N.C.; and two grandchildren, Robin Bracy of Aulander, N.C., and Tracy Hyde of Tarboro.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. today in Rxobel-Kelford Cemetery by the Rev. Curtis Faison. The family will receive friends at the home. Memorial contributions may be made to Sandy Run Baptist Church, Roxobel, N.C. 27872. Jackson Funeral Home, Jackson, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
