MARGARET E. SCOVELL

Margaret E. Scovell, 90, died Sept. 7, 1997, in a local hospital.

She was born in Buffalo, N.Y., and was educated at State University College at Buffalo, and was a certified home economist. For the past eight years, she resided in Virginia Beach with her nephew, Joe Heckel, his wife Barbara, and their daughter, Tamsen.

Margaret was loved by all she knew. Survivors include her sister, Florence Bradney; a stepdaughter, Marilyn Dusenberry; two nieces, Salliann and Emilie; great-nieces and -nephew, Ellen, Linda, Scott, Paula, and Casey; and stepgrandchildren, Gale, Craig, Jill and Bruce and their families.

A memorial service will be held at Our Savior's Lutheran Church at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Cremation will be handled by Altmeyer Funeral Home. At her request, her ashes will be spread over Raritan Bay, N.J. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
