HAMPTON ROADS TV MARKET MOVES UP: The Norfolk-Portsmouth-Newport News TV market has moved up, at least a little. The Designated Market Area has moved from the country's 40th largest to its 39th largest with an estimated 635,810 homes, according to Nielsen Media Research. The market size move is primarily due to the 3,800 homes in Middlesex County now being counted as part of this market, rather than the Richmond-Petersburg market.
