Surfer Bill Worsley of Virginia Beach cuts back into a wave kicked

up by Hurricane Erika off Hatteras Island on Tuesday. The storm,

safely offshore, has produced overhead waves for this week's Eastern

Surfing Association annual championships being held at the Cape

Hatteras Lighthouse.
