DAVID N. TIMBER

David N. Timber, 33, died Monday, Sept. 8, in his home.

A native of Taborton, N.Y., he had returned to Hampton Roads after living and working in Washington, D.C., for six years. Prior to that, he had served in the Army as a personnel management specialist and as a civilian contract administrator at Fort Monroe.

He is survived by his mother, Emma Timber; his sisters, Christine Timber and Priscilla Smith; his brother, Ralph Timber; his partner of 13 years, David Collins; and many wonderful friends and relatives.

A graveside service will be held in Taborton, N.Y., and a time of remembrance is being planned for his friends in Hampton Roads. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
