LYNWOOD W. LEWIS

Lynwood Wayne Lewis, 65, of the 23400 block of Maxwell St., died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 1997, at his residence in Parksley.

He was born in Chincoteague and was the the son of the late Lynwood D. Lewis and Nell Watson Lewis of Parksley. A graduate of Bloxom High School, Mr. Lewis was a farmer and a member of Parksley Masonic Lodge No. 325 A.F.&A.M. and Mappsville Baptist Church.

He is also survived by his wife, Theresa Lewis; a daughter, Lisa E. Lewis of Onancock; and a son, Lynwood W. Lewis Jr. of Greenbush, Va.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Grace United Methodist Church, Parksley, by the Rev. Wayne Parsley. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, c/o Miss Nancy Custis, P.O. Box 315, Onancock, Va. 23417, or the Parksley Volunteer Fire Dept., Parksley, Va. 23421.
