VIOLET T. EDQUILANG

Violet Theresa Fiel Edquilang, 72, of the 8100 block of Halprin Drive, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 1997, in a hospital.

Mrs. Edquilang, a native of Portsmouth, was a retired photo finisher.

Survivors include her husband, Ruddy Edquilang; four daughters, Alice J. Everett and her husband, Tommy, of Chesapeake, Geraldine J. Jones and her husband, Rowan, of Portsmouth, Darline J. Miltier and her husband, Ray, of Chesapeake, and Deborah A. Antonucci and her husband, Ronnie, of Chesapeake; a sister, Juanita F. Mallory of Oklahoma; an aunt, Nellie Francisco of Portsmouth; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many other family members.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Tuesday in St. Therese Catholic Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. James C. Griffin. Entombment will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Meadowbrook Memorial Mausoleum, Suffolk. Baker-Foster Funeral Home, Bennett's Creek Chapel, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
