Joyce Yvonne Duckett, 68, of the 1000 block of Fleming Drive died Sunday, Sept. 14, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Mrs. Duckett was a native of Byers, Texas. She retired from the Civil Service after 35 years of service at Tinker Air Base in Oklahoma City.
Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Williams of Virginia Beach; two sons, David Duckett of Virginia Beach, Bruce Duckett of Oklahoma City; one sister; four brothers; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
