Anne Lode, 71, of the 800 block of Glendale Ave. died Sept. 13, 1997, in her home.
A former resident of Virginia Beach, she was a homemaker, a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed crossword puzzles. She was a Catholic and a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond W. Lode of Palm Bay; two sons, Robert Lode and Michael Lode, both of Virginia Beach; a brother, William Clerkin of Palm Bay; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A private cremation service was conducted. Palm Bay Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 300 Malabar Road, S.E., Palm Bay, Fla. 32907 or The American Cancer Society, 6983 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, Fla. 32940.
