Anne Mae Ausley, 76, of the 600 block of Douglas Ave., died Sept. 16, 1997, in a local hospital.

An Ahoskie, N.C. native, she was a Port Norfolk Baptist Church member.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Thomas Ausley; two daughters, Judith Duffee and Nell Richardson, both of Orlando, Fla.; two sisters, Helen Rawls of Aulander, N.C., and Mattie Blowe of Ahoskie; three grandchildren, Chris Duffy and wife, Lucy, of Tallahassee, Fla., Scott Duffee of Longwood, Fla., April Zimmer and husband, Tim, of Melburne, Fla.; and three great-grandchildren, Joshua, Jonathan and Sarah Ann.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Port Norfolk Baptist Church by Dr. Charlie Peterson. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Loving Funeral Home, Churchland. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
